2) Yoga for fifteen minutes: Understand yoga and physical fitness.

3) Pranyam and Dhyan for fifteen minutes. Breathing control will provide oxygen to your body.

4) Om for three minutes.

The open sky is the best place to follow the routine. Otherwise, you can do it in the house by opening the door and windows.

A routine for 48 minutes will give you pleasure and happiness.


Waking is the best medicine for health. Every day walking will keep you healthy and wealthy. It is not only limited to that but will also increase your lifespan. New research reveals that your lifespan will increase by five years if you walk for one hour every day in your life.  Your purse will not be empty if you follow this. Work out a walking routine that will increase your emotional well-being.

Only one hour of walking can make your lifestyle happy and healthy.  Dr Linert Varman, a leader of the research group has said to us that one hour of walking can include forty-three thousand eight hours in your life. Please wake up! begin to walk.

 A regular walking schedule slows down the unhealthy system and helps to get the following benefits  :

1) It decreases weight.

2) The cardiovascular system becomes healthy.

3) It controls the attack of diseases.

4) It increases the flexibility of your muscular system and joints of the body. Muscular strength and muscular endurance with flexibility will give you comfort.

5 )  It decreases the possibility of cancer and diabetes. 

6 ) By stimulating the whole process it increases the span of life.

Dr Linert is an Australian researcher who conducted this research since 1983.

 Nowadays active lifestyle has become more complex Sleeping more is necessary for life. Nature asks to sleep seven to eight hours.

Health and fitness provide you with sleep.   Seven or eight hours need to sleep. Sleeping more is not laziness. We become busy

day and night to get the best result.  The non-sleeping night passed away. The next morning, he has to be ready for the workplace. Everyday life does not get adequate rest duty. No sleeping has become a pandemic in the world. As a result body and mind become restless. Tension and stress levels become higher.

 Hundred diseases are following him like insomnia, obstructive sleep, apophenia and restless leg syndrome.

 In the modern world, forty to fifty per cent of people suffer from non-sleeping syndrome or insomnia.  Anxiety disorders and mood disorders develop obstructive phenomena in his behavioural lifestyle. It can be the cause of accidents followed by death.  It can develop the following things in your lifestyle :

 1) Effects on lifestyle and behavioural life 

2)  Attention can be less important. Mood and anxiety disorders can grow.

3) You can lose the job.

4)You can lose competition.

5) Trauma and stress can grip you.

6) Neurodevelopment can affect you

7)  Accidents can take place in your life.

 8)  Children become the victims of non-sleeping.

 In India, 13.7 %  person suffer from obstructive sleep apophenia.

 Junk foods is always unhealthy. Eating Habit permits you to take less food. Take homemade organic food. After the age of thirty, women or men should be cautious about food habits. At this age, changes take place in the body. So beware and be alert in taking food.

  A few cautions are given below: After thirty, diabetes, cancer and anaemia can start up.

 Do not eat excessive sugar! Sweet can help to treat diabetes and heart diseases. 

 Do not eat Junk food! The sugar levels in Junk foods are high. Make a practice of eating less food. 

Do not eat more fried items. Fried items can increase trans fat. It increases the risk of heart attack.  Fried items are not good for the skin and health. 

Do not use more salt! After 30 years of age, you will take less salt. Salt can increase the risk of heart and kidney problems.

 Take and get organic plant food. Food habits should be limited to homemade food to get the best results. Vegetables, Atta Roti and Rice are preferable. Fish and meat can be substituted instead of vegetables.  After the age of twenty years, meat is useless for health. Nowadays pesticides are used recklessly. Vegetables should be kept in clean water for one hour before cooking.  Food and food habits play a great role in maintaining your health and physical fitness.

 Drinking  Water and a Golden Drink :

Animals cannot live without oxygen and water. Drink water ! as far as necessary. The body needs water. Sufficient water will remove some diseases. Pure water is needed for health.  Drink everyday two and a half litres of water! In the morning you can drink light hot water. Light hot water at night can improve your health. Light hot water increases the deepness of sleeping .
