 Yoga is a science and art which connects the self and the universe.  Yoga itself is a lifestyle. It corrects our incorrect lifestyle. The practice of Yoga balances our body and mind and intelligence.

Yoga is a divine practice by which any person in isolation in the mountain cave disassociates himself from the bonding of the materialistic world. Free from bonding with unlimited divine love can free you from materialistic world.

 Yoga connects anyone with others. 

 It is divine when the yogi connects himself with the universe sitting in the cave of mountains to know God sacrificing all materialistic desire and ambition.  Yogi gives up all like anger, desire, ambition and jealousy. They also give up emotion and materialistic love and affection.   Even they sleep less and can conquer death. They become living legends of knowledge and wisdom.

The time for yoga is to the individual.  You should adjust your time with others' work. 

 Morning and evening are the best times. You can do it at any time but after three hours of feeding. 

 Morning time is the best of all. Before Breakfast, you can do this. Do the yoga after half an hour of taking Tea, Coffee and Juice. The body should be normal and restful at the time of practising yoga. Do yoga at the same time every day.

 You can do it in a room or in the open sky. The room should be well-ventilated. Fresh air will ventilate.  The door and windows will be open during the time of yoga.

Yoga should be done on the floor. Mats and other things can be used. The floor should be neat and clean. No dust should be on the floor.  There should be some space in the room. 

What would be the dress code? 

 Males should wear minimum clothes. Half Pant and Pyjamas are more preferable. Langot and  Kachaa can be used.

For females, Saree, Pyjama and Chwruidhar can be used during the time of yoga.

 In winter you can wear light woolly clothes.  

 How does silence work during the time of yoga?

 Silence is necessary. Attention and silence are a helpful tool of Yoga. Do not listen to anything like music and speeches. Do not pay attention to the outside. Concentrate on yourself!

When to bathe after or before Yoga?

 People are interested to know when they would do the bath. We can do it the morning before Yoga. There is no rule to bathe before or after yoga.  

Few people want to bathe before yoga for better performance.  after bathe we feel neat and pure.  Waiting half an hour after yoga, you can bathe.  

 All things depend on personnel choice. You can take a hot bath and you have to wait for half an hour after the hot bath for yoga.  

 How much rest is necessary for yoga?

There are two types of rests per time. One is short and the other is long.

Short means the gap between two asanas. Doing one asana we have to go for further asanas.  The gap period between two asanas can be treated as a rest period. It is for eight seconds. This time is equal to two times of breathing. 

 The long rest has to be done after the completion of the yoga. It is long because we have to follow the rules. That is one-fourth of the yoga time. 

 For example, one has done yoga for twenty-eight minutes. The rest will be one-fourth of the total time of yoga.  calculated time would be for seven minutes

Savasana is to be done after Yoga. Savasana will give relief to you. It does not have to be done in the middle of the Yoga. Savasana is a long rest.  Follow the savasana after doing yoga, pranayama and kriyas.

  Savasana is as simple as drinking water. Lie down on your back on the floor, and close your eyes. Becomes easy to relax and loosen your body.  Think of beautiful scenarios like green, spring and other things. Do not sleep!  it is the yogic rest. 

 Method practice :

 Yoga is a science. First, learn the method of yoga. Do not waste time. Collect Enough knowledge and connect yourself with the expert. otherwise, you will not get the best result.

 You remember that Yoga is not only an exercise. it is more than exercise. Again all asanas are not fit for everybody. Everyone's body is not as flexible as others. So you have to follow what fits to you.  You should consider your body limitations before doing yoga.

How does a female follow yoga? 

 Some caution is necessary for females. The menstruation period is not a yoga period.  this time woman will not do yoga.

 During the pregnancy period, women would avoid yoga.  After three months of pregnancy, discontinuing yoga is desirable. 

 But do not forget yoga works as a curative measure for women during ailments and disorders.  Menstruation disorder can be cured by practising Yoga. In the early stage of pregnancy, practising yoga can be helpful to a pregnant woman and can birth a healthy child.  It provides painless delivery. 

 How much diet is allowed in Yoga? What kind of diet is needed for health? 

 Feeding more is not allowed in Yoga. A controlled and healthy food habit is desirable. 

 Junk food,  soft drinks spices etc in much are not allowed.

 Vegetables fruits and milk are more desirable. Animal meat and fish are not so desirable.   Yoga asks you to take natural and homemade food.  Wheat, rice and cereals with other natural foods are desirable.  

 Healthy Food habits not only maintain health but control the mind and mind. Good food habits and principles of eating behaviour can help you to get the best result from yoga and meditation. 

You have to consider the above-said factors to make  "yoga made easy".The easy-to-use method should be followed. 

Yoga and Yoga do not only cure the body but explore the unknown world of consciousness controlling desire, egos, anger, undesirable, pride, emotions, jealousy etc. Mind and mind become nonviolent and unmoveable.

Yoga and meditation can change our lifestyle and wellness. Yoga is a wayife. Wellness and lifestyle can provide well-being and happiness in the way of life.
