 However, people have forgotten the past lifestyle. You are now a late riser. The body is facing loss due to late rising. It is fighting the loss of the body. Everything has its limits. At last, its failure affects the physical fitness of the body.

 Early rising will give you time to work. You will have enough time to do your daily work. Family and social connectivity will increase in your life. If you go for a walk, you can meet your neighbours and friends. A fresh breeze in the morning can make your mind joyful. 

 The time we have for early rising keeps us tension-free. Work pressure and laziness can cause us to lose our minds. Otherwise, we will be under pressure and tension in the morning, which is undesirable.

 In America, research has found that early risers do better in examinations than late risers. Late risers go to school late, and because they lack time, they cannot complete their studies. Due to pressure and tension, they become less attentive.

A study found that those who wake up late have a 10 % per cent higher risk of death. Getting up early in the morning invigorates our vitality.  

  Food Habits at Night :

 Don't eat at late night. Because it is not beneficial for health and physical fitness. Late-night eating habits hurt health. It creates so many problems. 

 How does the late late-night eating habits affect health?

 1) Late-night eating habits can affect the digestive System.

2)  It can disturb your sleeping mode. 

3) Such habits can increase your fat level as a result weight and weight will also be increased. 

4)  It can be the cause of headaches.

5)   It will increase the risk of heart disease. 

6) Late-night habits can increase the level of Sugar.

  You can eat within at 7 o'clock. The best time is to eat heavy healthy food before sunset. You can drink milk and other things early night. Early at night, you can eat rice, vegetables and salad. Do not eat Junk food at night but you can eat fibre-oriented food. Such food can cure your constipation problems. 

Sitting Vs. Standing Up Drinking water

 Water not only quenches thirst but also keeps the body in balance. It also determines the amount of water needed by the body. According to doctors, drinking water sitting down is healthier than standing up. Sitting down drinks maintain balance among the body's muscles, bones, and other parts. Doctors advise drinking water sitting down anywhere. Examining the nervous and blood pressure activities doctors advise sitting down and drinking.

 Standing up while drinking hurts the nervous system and blood pressure. It can also reduce the capability of the kidneys. As  body's filters shrink, they cannot remove toxins from the body. This prevents the body's flush-out system from doing its work. Drinking water while standing up can increase indigestion. It puts pressure on the digestive system and can pressurise the heart.

 Drink water according to the doctor's advice. Sit in a place and drink slowly. Drink a little where there are no sitting places.

 Lap pillow and lap pillow

 A lap pillow is beneficial to body health. Sleeping with a lap pillow creates an invisible connection. When you get comfort from one another, you come into the door of mind. Lap pillows not only provide comfort but also take care of your health.

 The health of the spinal cord depends on your sleeping pattern. Spinal cord get rest when you are in sleep. Not only that the health of the spinal cord is influenced by your sleeping pattern.  The spinal cord can indeed get rest on you are sleeping. Now the question is, how do you sleep?

 When you are asleep, keep one leg on the high of the lap pillow other on the bed. The distance between the two legs will prove you have a healthy spinal cord.  The research has been in the "The Spine Journal  "and "The Journal of Vascular Serjury ".

 As usual, people used to sleep turning to a side. For long-term habits, the legs touch each other in sleeping  causing an unshape of the bone of the waist.  A lap pillow can prevent the legs from touching each other while sleeping.  There is no unwanted pressure on the spinal cord, bone of the waist and muscles. 

  Lap pillow can prevent you from the attacks of arthritis and also from sciatica.  Sleeping with the lap pillow prevents the attack of pain. From all that point of view. sleeping with the help of a lap pillow is beneficial to health. 

 Where do you keep the mobile while you sleeping ?`

 Mobles become more necessary in our lives. Without mobile, we cannot think of any moment.  It has changed our lifestyle and wellness. Both  Positive and Negative effects are available in mobile use. Somebody keeps it left or right-hand side of the pillow. Somebody keeps it near the chest. This habit is not favourable to health.

  You can keep it in a fixed place.  Habits are that we always want to use it. So keep it in a fixed place where the hand cannot reach. Close the Phone or close the Facebook. The light of the Facebook is also a message. It first gives a message to the brain. Sometimes it can be the cause of disturbance.  Before sleeping you will close the phone.   Close all messages and Facebook before sleeping. It prevents to release of Harmon to promote sleep. 

Do not bathe with hot water. 

 Nowadays people do not like to bathe in cold water. Easly people can make water hot. Nowadays gas and electricity are available. People easily can get warm water.  So, people are using hot water to bathe. We do not care how it is affecting our health and body.  It is not beneficial to health.  

  Bathing in hot water can destroy the fertility rate of the male. Boys and young man can lose their sex power.  At a stretch do not bathe in hot water.

 Hot water can increase the probability of a heart attack. In cold weather, it can also injure the heart. Those suffering from heart disease should avoid hot water bathing. Hot water can make our skin hard, wilting out the moisture and harming its beauty. 

 On the other hand, bathing in natural water can be used as preventive health care. As a result, infectious diseases do not attack our bodies. Bathing in cold water controls blood circulation. Hot water bathing can cause headaches, like other diseases.  

 Can I drink water during eating time?

It is not right to drink water during meals  Many people think the acid can increase in it.  Because of this, drinking water while eating can cause indigestion. Because the acid and the enzymes of the stomach react with food.  For water body cannot exploit the protein in a big way. Every food material contains water also. As a result, people face an increase in weight.

As to the research sometimes doctors advise not to drink water during the eating time. Some people face upward gas and acidity pressure and would follow the doctor's advice in this case.
