Stress and tension are both nondesirable symptoms of lifestyle.  Your wellness and well-being level goes down for these.Our bodies and minds are the growing fields of tension and stress. Understand the stress and tension! Solve the problem one by one. 

Tension arises not only from your action but it may be the result of other actions. Tension is the outcome of a situation in which you have less control or no control. Symptoms of tension are anger, intolerance, violence, anxiety, unrest, an agitated and volatile mindset etc.

Anger, Anxiety,  mental or emotional strain, tenseness, worry, discomfort, strain, suspicion, nervousness, stress, hostility and restlessness. These words are used to explain tension. 

Now, a question arises:

 Are stress and tension the same?

 What is the difference between tension and stress?

No, the two are not the same. Tension is an emotional state of mind and results of a situation controllable or non controllable.  Anxiety and anger are its main symptoms. But stress is physically connected and some physical symptoms are found in the stressed body like breathing, headache etc. 

 Tension  is widely can be explained in the following way

 2) Uncontrollable 

 First, we will discuss tension.  It is necessary to identify the nature of the tension. Without identifying the nature of the tension we cannot solve the problem that arises from tension. 

 First, identify whether the problem of tension is controllable or not . If it is not controllable, leave this. You can't change God's Hand. Do not think about those. 

 Secondly, if it is controllable, take care of this. Work out the dimensions and take action to manage this.  Dimension will identify the nature, source and problems of the tension.

Family and family Dimension: How can I stop tension at Home?

 1)    Mother in Law Vs. Daughter in Law :

 This relationship can be based on love, respect and values to get good. When that type of relationship is based on psychological and egoistic, it becomes problematic. The victims are also the other members of the family. The Son of the mother-in-law suffers and also the husband of the daughter-in-law. They, both fight for the right of the Victim.  They, both should accept the reality. Be cordial and accept other claim. 

 2)   Husband  V.S.  wife 

Husband and wife live together intending to form a family but nowadays it is becoming a strained relationship. It is due to psychological, egoistic and non-transparent lifestyle. Such a strained relationship destroyed the family. Children are more affected by this relationship. 

3)     Parental relationship with the Children 

 Parental relationships affect the children.   Children are the cause of tension.  Another family member may be the  cause of tension for the Children 

4)   Relationship with others.

  You cannot ignore your other family members.Increase connectivity with others. Be kind to them.

To reduce the tension levels we should take care of them. 

 Children are the most affected family members by family tension. Mom and father can take care of them. Children feel easy to older members of the family.  Grandfather and mother are their playing member.   But nowadays children do not get them.

1)  Children follow the mother. Parents are the model role of the Children. Do not quarrel with each other in front of the children. Understand and control yourself because they are observing and following you. Do not agitate them by shouting.  Change your behaviour and project your personality to them.

2)  Children feel uneasy in an unstable environment.  Keep the house peaceful and harmonised.

3) Parrents will show patience to tackle the children.  No made easy and tablet to correct your children. 

4 ) You do not think children are too little to identify what is wrong or right.

5)   Do not compare children with other children.  It hurts the children's minds. 

6)   Do not check the school routine every day. You are transferring your tension to children.

7) Children should not provided with mobile. Always you would not be able to control this. Children can watch violence. He can practice the violence. 

8) Do not teach him to say lies in school and to senior members of the family. He will do it with you shortly. 

9) Children should know how to talk with the seniors? Also, know how to behave with the senior members of the family? 

   B) Official tension:  

The work pace is the place of politics. Politics creates tension. It is also a place to earn money. You will take care of your problems following these principles. 

1 ) Judge and evaluate the environment of the workplace. 

2) Open your Mouth to resist the odd things. Always should not remain silent. 

3)   Develop Efficiency to prove yourself.

4)   Develop Personality to win the psychological war.

5)  Understand the Psychology of the co-workers. Establish cordial and respectful relations with your staff, without being bossy, and mix from the heart.  

6)  Do not participate in the Gossip. 

7) Do not say anything against the company or employer.

 8)  Remember that you will only win in some cases.   Take the loss as a teaching course.

9) Respect everybody, especially the senior you will win the race.   Do not be afraid of them. 

10 ) Refrain from standing when your host is sitting.

11 ) More than efficiency is needed but honesty will protect you. 

12)   Do not tolerate disobedience of the waysubordinates.

13)   Good behaviour can bring a win. Practice to develop good behaviour.

Social life can create problems. People and social disturbance can create panic in you. Only social connectivity can give you relief. Participate in Social Festival. Personally, I meet people who organize social events. 

Talk to the neighbour! On the way meet them. Social traditions based on courtesy, kindness and graciousness are bequeathed to us in the form of etiquette. Our dynamic society provides us freedom, harmony and peace. We enjoy our social events to drink the juice of life. Happiness and happiness remove tension.

Everyone must analyse his lifestyle. An egoistic and emotional lifestyle is a barrier to success. Acceptance of other views increases the connectivity level.  Make space for others in your lifestyle. 

Listening to others' views is a good practice.  Do not discard other views without listening to and judging them.  We can reduce our tension level by connecting ourselves. Heightening your energy and your awareness can save you.

2)   Change the activities by listening to music, participating in social events, and enjoying other things. A change of work is also a relief.

4)  Exercise, Swimming, Gardening and Yoga can be helpful. 

5) Meditation is the best way to get relief from tension.
