Preservative meat is not good for health . Salt with saturated  meats   can be a cause of diabetic . Fatty meat can influence the immune system negatively . Serve less meat on the dinning  table.

Do not take less vegetables  ! More vegetables  can provide wellness . Vegetables should be on the  dinner table . Hindu civilization inspired you to take more vegetables . Mind and mindset should be stable . Vegetables are helpful to do this.

Trans Food are junk food . Salt and sugar both are used in junk food . Junk food can destroy your health system .  Trans fat can destroy the liquidity system of the body cell  and injured the liver . 

   Wheat and wheat  can invite ageing problem . Do not eat more wheat . More wheat can influence the diabetic level and  body cell . Old age problems are found in wheat . 

  Energy drinks contain caffeine . More energy drinks more dehydration .   Sugar is the main ingredients of energy drinks  .

    Millet is not good for health in a big way. Frotose are found in a big way in millet. It can imbalance your  omega 6 and omega 3 level in our  body .

   Health care and wellness depend    on  what are you following  as a practice. Some bad practices  are the causes of diseases. 

   Self medication is a bad practice. We purchase medicine as our knowledge. We avoid the doctors and used to eat medicine as our knowledge. Do not avoid doctors. Take advice of the  doctors otherwise  you can have to face big problems . 

 Maintain time in regards to the food habits. Please ! take food two  hours  ago of sleeping. Otherwise indigestion can affect your lifestyle . Digestive  enzyme secretion  is necessary to digest the food .  So timing is necessary  to digest the food . 

    Do exercise !A lazy mindset is not a healthy one .  Gym and gym center is not final one . Health and fitness is necessary .Fifteen minutes to twenty minutes exercise is  necessary . Yoga and yoga can provide you fitness . Body and fitness can make you happy and happy . Happiness and happiness is the ultimate goal  of lifestyle . 

   Less sleep can create disturbance in your lifestyle . Lifestyle and wellness can abandon you . More sleeping is necessary . Irregularity in sleeping time can disturb your wellness . Maintain time for sleeping . Do not sleep in day time . Minimum seven to eight hours sleeping is necessary .   

Do not dink less water ! Sufficient water is necessary . Three to four liters water are  necessary . Water remove  the  garbage. It flashes out all  types of garbage of the body.  

  Work load should not be beyond capacity . Work load can create mental pressure. Accept those which you can . Volatility of mind can destroy you . Mental and mental  health  care will provide  peace to you.

   Do not talk more . Silence and control of mind are necessary . Avoid unnecessary  talks . Control yourself ! Otherwise  you will  face a volatile  mindset. 

 Our health and health is the root cause of peace . Money can give you comfort  .  Body building can increase your muscles  but not wellness . Most of the people are not ready to follow a routine .
