Dry Banana Flower  Sabji

Ingredients 

* 1 cup  Banana  Flower πŸŒΌ 

* 1 big tomatoes πŸ… 

* 2 long  chilllies  🌢 

* 2 Garlic chopped 

* one Onions 🌰 chopped 

* 1 tsp Panch Fooran

* salt  to taste πŸ§‚ 

* Turmeric  a pinch

* 2 ts p oil πŸ›’ 

* Clean  the banana  blossoms 🌸  keep it ready.

* peel and cut the  potatoes  in to cubes.

*Heat on stick pan with  2 tsp  oilπŸ›’ 

* Add panch phoran when  it sputters add finely chopped  chilliies, onion 🌰 

* Next add the bananna flower 🌼 and the potatoes πŸ₯”, mix well

*Now add  saltπŸ§‚ ,Turmeric and mix well.Cover and put the flame on now.Let it cook . Simmer for ten minutes 

* Serve πŸ”₯  hot with  kholasapori pitha . It is a healthy  and tasty  food recipe.
