✒ We are in the modern world . Technology and Science improved our lifestyles. Technology is providing us comfort. All types of human desire can be fulfilled sitting into the room. One way it is a great achievement of the civilization. We have done it through science and technology. The both have a great role to achieve that goal. Digital lifestyle have provided us so many comfort zone. Indian lifestyles have all answers of that. Lifestyles and wellness not only depends on food habits and medicine but also the lifestyles that you are following.
The dark side of the progress is that we have lost happiness and wellness. Our family life, the main source of happiness is becoming weak .
A great number of people are loosing their mental and emotional health. Loneliness is throwing them into the world of darkness. People are not getting any way out to repair it. It is the dilemma of the modern world.
Health economy and wellness economy are booming ignoring the people . People and individuals become secondary . There is no way out to an individual how he will cope with that situation . Now we search for wellness in Indian lifestyles. A way of life can give an answers of that.
Thousands of years ago Indian wisemen have given some way out to a individual to fight the odds. Life is always challenging. There is no any fixed program or software that can solve the challenges. It differs from man to man considering the time, space, culture and political scenarios of the country .
In Vedic era the people lived in natural process. Now we have eroded the natural process of lifestyles. Artificial and luxurious lifestyles brought the comfort but eroded the happiness and joy.
In Vedic period , nonviolence was the basic character of lifestyles .Violence is now a phenomenon that hijacked our wellness. Violence invites the following things into lifestyles.

The word " Dharma " has an implications in human lifestyles. It is more than religion. Dharma is popular word in Bharat. Dharma constitute a lifestyle considering the following elements.

All together explain the Dharma . In India older generation still advise the younger generation saying , " Let ! you run into the way of Dharma ". Dharma shows the path of wellness . So far above I have discussed the broader way of lifestyles. Now I will discuss how we can tackle the other factors.
Family and social activities are the main elements in Indian lifestyle . A greater family life is a greater source of joy. Rituals and religious program make it a source of joy. Family is a sacred unit of lifestyle . An extended family with parent and others make us resourceful . Family reunion is the sound source of wellness. Family connectivity and emotional health makes us happy.
Home is to be a neat and clean place. Whether you live in hut or palace it should be neat and clean. Cleansing the house is to be in everyday habits . In old age cowdung are used to clean the house . People believe that God lives in neat and clean home . In India before every rituals people clean the house.
A Garden should be there in front of the house . Garden is the beauty of the house . To a Hindu flower is a spiritual one. Gardening can massage your mindset . Pleasure and peace is the emblem of the gardening . Home and garden increases the satisfaction level.
Learning is another elements of Indian lifestyles. Learning can give you an edge through gathering knowledge. Base of Hinduism established to answer the question " why" ? Why it matters? Ask quesrion and search answer for it. Atheist and non atheist lives together . The both have essayed the Indian lifestyle and wellness . People called these atheist as a "Charbak Rishi". Rishi means wisemen . Overall learning is to give and space for others into our lifestyle .
Women are the center point of Indian lifestyles. Mother or wife control the family. Indian philosophy asked us to see the women as a mother .Women can provide wellness into the family to a greater extent . Emotional health can be in a high level with the help of a women.
Paying attention to the moment,we are doing all thing . Competitiveness and workload imposing more brain work over physical work . Physical work and activities are its lowest level . As a result our health system is facing the following problems . * Lack of appetite is a syndrome of less physical activities .

How to make Channa Madra ?
* Wash soak Channa overnight in water.
* Pressure cooks the Channa till soft .
* Heat the Ghee in a Pan .
* Add cardamoms , cloves , garam masala , Turmeric , Cumin Saute well .
* Then add the boiled Kabuli Channa , combine everything well .
* Let it cook it couple for minutes .
* Then add beaten cards and mix well .

* Meanwhile mix the rice flour in water and then add to the pan .
* Simmer so that the gravy thickens and gets cooked .
* Cook with lid covered for 20 minutes . Serve hot Babrus
