   Violet colour  connected with  the Sahasrarra  Chakra . It is the upper part of the body. Brain represents  the intelligence and intellects .  Fruits and vegetables  of violet colour influenced the  intellectual  behavior. In other words  it can bring a intellectual  twists in life.  Food habits  to eat  Grapes and different  berries, apart from vegetables  like brinjal  or eggplant .  Every  one knows their medical  values .         Red colour directly influences  the Mooladhar Chakra . Mooladhar chakra control hungers  and sexual desire of a man . It represents  the strength  and power of the body. When  we feel tiredness  and stress, it means an imbalance  in the Mooladhar  Chakra.

These fruits fight against  the toxic  and other skin diseases.  These are healthy  fruits. 

     Orange color  are connected  with  the Swadishthan  Chakra. Sadhisthan  Chakra   is the second  Chakra  in our body. It's  control  the body and mind. It also control  our emotions  and feelings .  It's  also  maintain the water level .  Minerals like salts  , Sodium  and Potassium  imbalance  can destabilize  the Swadishthan  Chakra . Depression, stress and mental  created  from  this level .

      Fruits and vegetables  are Orange, Pumpkin  and Yellow  carrots etc . Various  types  of vitamins  are in these fruits and vegetables . Above all these provide minerals . Yellow  related  with  the Manipur  Chakra  . This  colour  determine reality, hope and  new energy.  It is the source  energy  and will power. It also flash out the toxic. This Chakra  provides  joy ,dedication  and determination. 

       Turmeric , Mustard , Corn  and Pineapple , Banana are in this class.

   Turmeric  is an essential  product  what is used into the kitchen  as a every  day habits . These fruits   provide energy into the body.   All these  products  have  a great digestive   power  and provide  Vitamin B complex .

       Sky blue connected  with  the kantha chakra .The sky is blue and  in water  colour also  blue. Our body  is full of water . The color  suits the body.  Blue berries  are the examples of this. This color helps  the body to fight the cancer.

 Green is   the  most popular  colour  of the nature. All plant are  green. Green  are related  with  the Hriday  Chakra.  Green  provides energy . Body needs this color  in a large amount  and stand for  the health and  balance.

 Plants are green because  they contain  chlorophyll  which is their lifeline. This  is  the reason  why  people  like green  vegetables  and fruits. It is easily  available. Green  leafy vegetables   are available  in everywhere. Vitamins  , minerals  and calcium are found  in green vegetables and fruits.
