H502: "Physical well-being" , "Fitness maping" , Geography, climate, culture , religion and livelihood make a lifestyle. These factors influence daily routine of a person to exercise" health and fitness ". Habits and practices are also part of our lifestyle. "Time and space" are not available to a human being. We are busy with our daily work. Keeping all things in mind we can do daily exercises to increase our" health and fitness" levels.
H502: General observation, In general we can work on a general routine of physical fitness. These are in the following ways :
(1) "Walking and Fitness "
(2) "Jogging and Fitness "
(3) "Swimming and Fitness "
(4) "Simple Exercise and Fitness "
(5) Simple Exercise in Bed. Prepare a fifteen minute road map to increase your physical fitness levels.
H503: Health and Fitness " Center based, now a days centers are available in every society and in everywhere. We can go there. Different types of centers to the context of "health and fitness" which are available are given below
(1) "gym or gym center "
(2 ) " yoga and meditation "(3 ) swimming club
(4) "body building club " or Akhra (ancient Indian body building club) but you need proper guidance for fitness into these center. In gym you can "grow and shape" your body muscles. Body building club or Akhra do the same. But Akahra also gives you chances to be a wrestler. Yoga needs a guru or teacher to train you. Yoga has following levels
(1) "Yoga and Fitness "
(2) "Yoga and Pranayama"
(3) "Pranayama and Meditation "
(4) "Meditation and Spirituality"
(5) "Spirituality and Self-Awareness "
(6)" Self-Control and Self-Awareness".
H504: "Diet and health", Diet in relation to health and fitness has a great role. Diet for physical health has the following points:
(1) Nutritious food. Nutrients food can be natural or artificial. Natural nutritious food is more desirable. (2) Immunity food is essential (3) Organic food
(4) Planted and vegetable food
(6) Fruits.
(7) Spices that are used into hindu lifestyles can be exemplified by “dietary habits and physical fitness"
(8) Cow milk
H505: Anyone can do it, you can follow the following chart. (1) Drink plenty of water
(2) Get rest
(3) Sleep more
(4) Watch your weight
(5) workout for climate change

(8) Read good books
H506: Great style, you must connect yourself with the society where you lives, develop social connection and you will feel good. Feeling good is essential to good health. Family connections will motivate you to do more. You can enjoy" happiness and mental health "through "social and family connections" . You can gain unlimited joy from the family. Feel good and feel comfort with the family,
H507:Emotional health and creativity ,Emotional health will be relaxed if you run through creativity. You will find new world of emotional health . Creativity gives us joy . Creativity helps us to be explored.
H508 : Avoid bad " habits and drugs",
(1) Fast Food
(2) Unhealthy diet
(3) Toxic food (4)Artificial Supplementary food
(5) Stress and Tension
(6) No Drugs and alcohol
(7) Avoid substances abused
(8) Avoid volatile risk

H508 : Emotional health , Accept others, Man is an animal. As a human being we should do some great work that make us different from an animal . As a member of the society we should accept others. "Happiness and wellness" some times come through others.
H509: "Wellness and Wellbeing " depends on fitness .Fitness is not only goal but to get control of mind we should go through a process of meditation. Free mind and feel good is our aim.Please workout a Physical fitness Map.
