Again mind can destroy  us being violent. It has a traumatic  aspect. It may become cool. Nothing is good for you. Now You can practice to think positively  . Indian Saint told us to be child like  It makes you Godly. But into the world of ordinary people it never happened. He used to think every one is competitor and another presence may cause a loss to him. This thought against "social connectivity". 

  • H3:" Social  Connectivity and mindfulness" , Social  connectivity  loosen now a days. It is that thread can make us emotionally good which is favorable to" self control ". Selfcontrol is a mind position that makes a man an" executive of his mind" otherwise mind will hunted by the environment what you facing. Your traumatic days will begin. It will make you lonely. Living into the family your violent mind should disagree with the" family and society ". You  will ignore the others contribution  towards  you. You will mis handle   the  people all  of your sorrounding .

  • H4:"Fitness and Exercise "is a door of "yoga and meditation " , "Exercise" promotes" fitness". It is a step to go forward to the" yoga" . Your body must be prepare to accept Yoga. Day by day you can come across to" Yoga and meditation". By the by" wellness"  level will increase. Your body and mind can get an adjustment role. Exercise will increase your fitness. Fitness will help to do yoga.

  • H5: "Health and Fitness"  will encourage you to go to "gym" and  "gym center ", When you feel good your mind can enforce you to go to "gym center " . "Gym" will increase your muscular character of body .In every age you cannot start it.You must examine what kind of" gym and exercise " are fit to you .Other wise disaster may come down. We have seen some accidents .H6: "Lifestyles and Yoga", Yoga can change your  lifestyle. A Guru is needed who will guide you .The world of yoga is vast. It has varieties. No muscular trends into the body but make you fitness " to go for meditation. " Yoga  and mediating " sets "for "self control ". "Self control and self confidence" level  will increase. You will "feel good ."

Your heart  and other system will be more active. Cardiac system  will get strength. You feel that all tiredness  will go away and "wellness " embrace you. Generally respiratory system cannot provide Oxygen everywhere into the body. Pranayam  provide the body to accept  more Oxygen while we cannot provide general way.

Mediation is the only way to make the mind stand still. We are  ordinary man we can make it to run slowly. A stand still means  zero movement.  "Mind and Mindfulness "will increase "self consciousness". We will feel an infinite joy. We can feel good enjoying the consciousness which is embedded into the universe. Modern physics described that consciousness embedded into the body of universe ,i.e. in you also. A connectivity process may start .You will be into the world of " self consciousness ". We can examine it after a long time practice. 

  • H9: "Lifestyles"  Promote  "self control " , Self control is the door of  "happiness  and wellness". We can make our "Lifestyles" as a way of life .It is the end of my story. Please  "work out a routine " to do this. Other wise I will have to "work out" a routine"

But as a "self control and self confidence " man he conquered over Ravana. Returning from his exile he faced social obligation . He paid costly. His temperament was "self controlled". Ramyana is the story of "mindfulness and temperament of " Rama "
