Climates change has become a health and fitness issue. The temperature is increasing year to year. There were six seasons in our country. Now it is on the way to change. Spring becomes shorter. Its so short that the spring ends its journey without informing people. There are ups and downs in the temperature during this period. It is the result of climate change. 

What is the Heat wave?

Nowadays, it is the result of the climate change.Persistent high pressure on the natural system and air trapped in to sky and burning and heat of the sun are the causes of Heat wave.Cloud covered sky is also the cause of heat wave.


It is a period of transformation from winter to summer.  The journey of a startup begins from an uncomfortable zone to a comfortable zone. Palash and Simul begin to blossom. Trees become more alive with new leaves and branches. Due to climate change, the period has become shorter. In the middle of March, the temperature begins to fluctuate from 29  to 33 degrees Celsius.

Understand the Heat wave that affects the body and physical fitness. Temperature affects the body and mind. The following symptoms are the effects of the temperature.

*Cough and Cold 

* Skin disease

*Excessive sweating harms the balance of the body.

* Tiredness 

* Stress and clumsiness etc.

These are the common signs of temperature effects.


 Heat Wave started its journey. Winter clothes are in the closed drawer. Scarcity of Vegetables begins.  The spring has its own peculiarity. Ups and downs in temperature can cause of the cold and cough.  Stress and tension directly affect physical fitness.


  Children and elderly people are the victims of climate change. People are becoming reluctant about clothing in the heatwave. Temperature begins to fluctuate.  Being unaware of temperature, people become victims of Cold and Cough. takes time to be accustomed to climate change.

What is to do? Or what is not to do?

* Do not go out in the middle of the day.

*Do not go out without an  umbrella 

* Go out in a white dress, wear less colourful clothing.

* Drink normal water.

*Bath twice daily.

*Take Shelter in the Shadow 

* Do not take Junk food 🥝 🥑 

*Do not take oily and spicy food.

*Take more fruits 🍓 🍑 and vegetables rather than heavy foods.

*Take care of the skin. Cover the body👁️ 

*Do not use more cosmetics.

*Do not take more  fish 🐠 🐟 and meat 🥓 

* Drink indigenous and traditional natural drink 🍷 

Get protected from the sun. 

You have to change your lifestyle. Consider the change of the following habits.

1) In a heat wave, you may have to change your food habits. Take such food that keeps control of your body and mind.  

2) In this weather, drink more water. The body becomes dehydrated. Check this phenomenon by taking more water. Some fruits can supply water, such as green coconuts, melons, and cucumbers. 

3)In such a temperature, you can take more fruits and vegetables. 

4 )    To remove tiredness, take rest into the Shadow .

5) Use Sunglasse on the Sunny day

Plants and trees have a sense of temperature. They can feel the warm style of nature. In high and low temperatures, the plants and trees can respond in their own way. Scientists at the Institute of Science and Research, Kolkata, in collaboration with Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, uncovered a key molecular switch that helps plants sense and respond to warmer temperatures by rapidly adjusting their growth.

My intention is to describe how temperature influenced the world. So people should understand the problem.

Local Trending Heat wave:

Kolkata, the city of joy, is currently mostly getting the dry, westerly or north-east wind. We cannot expect mercury to jump in the next week, during which temperatures fluctuate between 32 to  37 degrees Celsius.  But at the end of March, the weather is normal. Heat and Temperature are fluctuating between 29 degrees Celsius to 34 degrees Celsius.
