AI Boom is real, not fractional or myth. But the question is, who gains from it? 

Who are the real beneficiaries?  The Delhi declaration of  India AI Impact Summit 2026 answered for it .

People  will be the beneficiaries. Regardless of caste, creed, or country, people are using AI in their everyday lives and for wellness.

In the field of research, scientific innovation in artificial intelligence is being used to improve lifestyle and wellness. Health AI will help ordinary people in their treatments.  Sovereign AI will help indian Security System. 

 Journalist. professional, teachers, writers, doctors, engineers, security personnel, and ordinary people will be the beneficiaries.

 AI  Rise of AI-generated News 

Adoption of AI has developed a new coding space. In general-purpose AI tools have found a footing at the workplace, task-specific Gen AI has struggled to achieve implementation.

AI growth trend defeated all. No other sector can defeat this particular space.

 For Example, ChatGPT has done a good job. It has hit 900 million users. In two months, it has hit 100 million users. In comparison, other platforms like TikTok and Instagram took much longer to reach the same goal.

 In  terms of the cost and revenue ratio:

Nvidia the leading GPU  maker, earned projected revenue of over $212 billion last year . On the other hand, Open AI companies in recent years. 

 On the other hand, OpenAI and Anthropic, the three leading company together reported  AI models of $ 33 billion dollars. The comparison shows how costs far outstrip revenues for AI.

AI for All 

 India emerges as power house of ChatGPT. In an interview, Sham Altman said that ChatGPT has 100 million users in India every week. This platform has a market in India after the US.

 Who s is really using AI AT Work?

AI

 Journalists and marketting platform are being used among women, but have sharply dropped in the sectors of law, finance, teacher. Men are also using AI across the world in every profession, with clear majorities in several fields.

 AI are using where repetitive work is needed. For example, organising, scheduling and reporting. But it is executives, not frontline workers, who are putting it to heavier use. 

 People are using ordinary tasks of  AI rather than specific and professional AI. 5%  of AI models are using for all. Reach is low and at the implementation stage it can happen. Main Barriers are unwillingness and unawareness about the AI model.

Will Artificial Intelligence seize our emotions?

Emotions 

 100 years ago, Rabindranath Tagore said that science has given us speed but seizes our emotions.  A mechanical system can never express emotions.Users Mind and Mindset become a block system. Creativity rate can become lower. Man and Machine  become interdependent but machine have no feelings and emotions.Any mechanical system ignores the individual mnd and mindfulness.

Can Artificial Intelligence win over Human Intelligence? 

 In general, people are behind the AI. AI is a database programme initiated by human beings. The Vedas described human intelligence and the mind as an immaterialistic presence with the help of the body. But three are different from each other. Intelligence govern the mind. Intelligence is also blowing the mind. Again, human intelligence has a collective phenomenon and has a social influence. 

Every discovery and research has a collective influence on the decision making process. Every professional , engineering , technological , medical science, teaching , business , agricultural , social and other development has a past and present history. It means the collective participation of people. All discoveries rely on shared methods, peer review, institutions, and generations of accumulated knowledge. All researchers and scientists share their views and thought processes with others.  Human mind is guided by emotions, feelings and touchability. 

Artificial Intelligence has no approach of collective intelligence. Human civilization is searching for  AI Models for mankind for lifestyle and wellness. Artificial intelligence is never dependents on a collective approach. All AI platforms are independent, not sharing any knowledge with others.  India also has called for a sovereign AI model.

  Is it genuine human intelligence over shadowed by AI? 

But I will say a human being is behind the Artificial Intelligence. Artificial intelligence is a human design. Human is the pilot of the AI MODEL.

 How does it take over human intelligence?

 Can we reject gender equality in an AI platform?

 Gender inequality is another barrier to artificial intelligence. Lina Golvez Munoz is a European parliamentarian who visited India during the India AI Impact Summit 2026. She said that money is being poured into the digital world to promote toxic masculinity and reject gender equality. Technology and women's rights, regulating the digital world and Europe and the US. The digital world would be unbiased and maintain gender equality and equality.

 86 countries signed the Summit with two other organisations. New Delhi Declaration, making the success of the push in India and other countries in the Global South is to frame artificial intelligence as a shared global good rather than an exclusive technological advantage of the rich and developed. 

 The Delhi Declaration clearly stated that AI would be collaborative, trusted, resilient, and efficient. Relaxation should be permitted when AI benefits humanity.

 Signatories were the powerhouses of the US  and China as well as technology leaders like Netherlands,  EU and South Korea. But Taiwan and Pakistan escaped from the statement.

Global AI declaration places equity and sovereignty at centre of governance.

Welfare ,Wellness and well-being and happiness for all Narendra Modi stated  it in his inaugural address.

The declaration access and equity at the centre of the AI Governance and commits participants  to "foster shared understanding, while respecting national sovereignty,on how AI could be made to serve humanity.

Some voluntary commitments were announced to support this effort.Among them is GLOBAL AI IMPACT COMMON , described as a practical form to encourage and enable the to the adoption and scale up of successful AI use cases accross the region.Relate people wth their skills .Tag !all international and domestic school, college and university with AI  for training and developing skills.
