time and space. Western world chained the lifestyles and wellness by its

*Snatching or exploiting the well-being and wellness of others is not a culture. Irony of fate that some civilizations put these issues in their religious text as a sacred word.
Terrorism and religious blindness have stolen our wellness. I saw how two and a half crore people became the victims of religious blindness during the partition of India.
😊Indian wise men of the old asked us not to take or exploit anyone's things without his knowledge and permission and not to connect ourselves with married women. It is a format a culture.
*Nature never constitute a culture. Nature has an unlimited animal instincts that destroy the social connectivity. Selfish people live for themselves. Animal Planet is the best example of selfishness. Most of the animal lives in their nature. Man who lives in nature cannot constitute a culture. They are not part of the culture.
* The people who live for others can constitute a culture. Social interaction makes us human beings. The relationship and interaction with each other can improve our social connectivity and social health. Social presence and experience keep us in happiness and joy. We feel good when our actions make others happy. This constitutes the format of the culture. Religion and Geography Food habits, Knowledge and Wisdom etc are the broader elements of culture. Bharat proclaimed thousands of years ago "One Earth, One family ". Such a culture can form a positive lifestyle and wellness. Social interaction invites wellness.
The Western world never gives any importance to the mind. Nowadays they are discussing it in a limited manner. Their discussions were limited within the comfort circle of a human being. Comfort is not wellness. Advocating to live well is a great wellness. Western dimensions are given below:
* Emotional health
* Social health
* Mental Health
* Environment etc.
Western world converted the dimension as an economic and marketing product to boost the economy through the industrial boom. I am not ignoring this. Some sort of well-being depends on it but not all. Again it can bring comfort but not wellness and happiness. According to the happiness index Buttan is in the top being a traditional country without an economic boom. According to the Western world, extended dimensions are as follows:
* Hospital economy
* Industrial services economy
* Health economy
* Fitness economy
* Tour economy
* Insurance economy
* Mental economy etc.
Human factors become less important in comparison to the lifestyles economy in the Western world. These marketing and economic facilities are the after-action remedies when we lose our wellness. Lifestyles and economic concepts are becoming more important than a human beings. But the centre point of wellness is human beings.
Mind control is the central point of wellness. It has modern and ancient roots In Bharat, Bharat has developed the idea of wellness balancing the two. Feel good and inspiration are the products of wellness. How do I feel in this moment? I feel good and wellness considering the mind and heart. If anyone says to me," What is the best gift you have ever received? I would say that my spiritual life is the best gift of my life. Mindset control may make you the winner of all. Mind control and Mind control can show you the way to wellness. You must know the know-how of how to control your mind.
Ancient Bharatiya wiseman divided our existence into four divisions. These are as follows;
* Body
*Mind
*Intelligence
* Soul
* Soul is neutral. It enters into the body and leaves the body. This is the part of the great soul. It lives in the body without influencing the body.
* The body is where the soul lives in its way. The body is mortal. Existence is not only a body and composition of chemicals, water and flesh. It is more than this but not the part of the Great Soul.
*Mind is like wind and more moveable than this. We can concentrate our mind on a point and use it. Ancient wise men of the Hindu civilization practised yoga and meditation to control the mind .
* Intelligence is the part of the mind. Mind covered the intelligence. Sometimes emotional health does not listen to the decisions of intelligence. It is not an end but people jump into danger ignoring their intelligence and without recognizing the influence of the fifth sensation of the body. Intelligence is an honest element of the mind. Elements of the body that influence the mind are the following,i .e, given below:
