 How shall we know meditation is good for us  ?

    You   will  feel good through meditation  and mindfulness. Within fifteen days of  starting , meditation  will  bring result for  you .  You cannot purchase or sell it to others . Your personal feelings will tell you in regard to goodness . Intuitive feelings will grow  in you .  But other things that  you  should  have to follow  like food habits , exercise  and yoga . Try to be nonviolent .

 Mind    is  always  restless . It moves from one subject to another . Sometimes it becomes volatile and  reckless  .  Mind is the root cause of  some  diseases .   Psychological   problems begin to start.  

A restless mind cannot do anything .   Mind control  is necessary .  Explore and understand the  mind . Mind is an invisible subject but its restless presents can make us unhappy .  Restless mind  come out in the  form anger and unlimited desires . Unlimited desires   can explore the world of greediness. Violent mindset can be  harmful to others  and also to society .  Our anger can destroy ourselves.  Egos are the enemy of the human being . It lies in our mind . It is the properties of mind that separate us from others . We quarrel among ourselves because we are separated  ourselves from   each others by egos .  Ego and anger and greediness can  make our mind restless .So mind is the root cause of problems . Again it is the cause of happiness .  Mindfulness and Meditation can bridge the gap . Meditation is a process  of increasing the level of mindfulness and concentration .  Mindfulness  can be described as a degree of attention and concentration . 

       Meditation and mind control are a process  to claim the restless minds  and to bring it to a fixed point  of mindfulness .   Yoga and meditation are  a process of mindfulness . Meditation can explore deep phases of the brain . Deep phases of  the brain can explores the universe and infinity that  is  embedded in ourselves .  Meditation  can bring harmony   between mind  and body and also  between  mind and nature . Balance and bringing equilibrium   between mind  and body  and nature are  meditation . You  can be experienced with  an intuitive  feelings  which  is  nor physical or  visible .   But intuitive sense will keep you in joy .

   How yoga and meditation benefited us ?

    A body and body builder cannot claim that  he is always fit  and well . Physical activity and fitness is desirable .  It is not the ultimate goal of life .  A  reckless   growth and prosperity cannot bring wellness .  Health and development  accompanied with  peace can bring wellness .  Meditation can help you in the following way  :

 * Mindfulness is a process of mind control  and peace . Peace of mind is the way of growth .  Development and prosperity  depend on peaceful mind . 

 * We can control  the  unlimited desires  .                       *Meditation reduces the level of anger and egos . 

    *Meditation  and yoga  is a stress control   and management process . 

   *Tensions and  stress are the   root causes of diseases . By reduction of tension and stress  , we can make our body  disease  free .

  *  Meditation can develop  non violent mindset and kindness in our mind . 

   * Meditation and yoga  can abridge  the world  .

  *You can  heighten your spiritual and spirituality in life .  Spiritual growth  will  help you to know  the universe  .

    How  can a beginner  start meditation ?

  Yoga and exercise can  remove your laziness . Relaxation of the body is also necessary for meditation . Exercise and  yoga can do this . Pranayam  will correct your breathing system . Doing yoga and Pranayam  ,you can start meditation .   As a beginner, you can practise  meditation in the following way. 

* Accept the way of enlightenment  by trial and error  method .  In the beginning  ups and  down  would be happen .                                         * Take Seat only for meditation . Regularly use the  Seat for meditation.  Seat should not be used for other purposes . 

   * Dress should be  clean and  easy  to sit .

   * Sit on Padmasana or Sukhasana . Sukhasana is a  easy way of sitting . As a beginner Sukhasana is preferable  to Padmasana . 

  *Body should be  touch free from  any other object . 

 *Relax and make it easy .  

 * Close your eyes slowly  . Keep your mind open .  Do not try  to fix your mind into third eyes at the beginning . 

*Become calm and quiet and flexible .

 * Do not force yourself  to get rid of   restless mind . Flexible relaxed mind favourable to meditation . 

   *Slowly the  mind will be clam and quiet . 

  Finally follow the four steps of meditation .

   * Random Thinking may come  to  Your mind . Wait ! keep yourself  quiet and silent . Reckless and   restless mind may appear to you .

* Slowly  the mind should be concentrated ( Ekagrata ) .

 *Focus  to a point  ( Dharana ) .

 *  Meditation or Dhyan 

*Morning and evening is the best time to meditate .  We can meditate  ourselves two or one time  in everyday life  .

The  word mindfulness  originated in India during the  period  of  Veda  ad also before  the Buddhist period .   How to manage stress and tension  by Meditation  ?

  Tension and  Stress and tiredness originated when  mind and intelligence  are opposing  each others .  We can say  that   a clash of mind and intelligence can produce stress and tension .  Intelligence is not   mind  . Intelligence can   influence the mind  .  Stress born diseases is  increasing day by day .  Stress  and stress come out in form of volatility and   restless . Anger is an   expression of tension  and tension .  Meditation  can manage the two phenomena of mind . Mind control  and  meditation  can  reduce stress and tension  . 

 How  does meditation help to sleep  ? 

  Adequate rest   is needed to  update  your  fitness and health  .  Adequate  sleeping is helpful  for health . It  will   not be less than six hours  a day . Relaxation techniques can be used  to sleep more .  Few steps are to be followed  in the following  way :

      * Lie down In the bed  on back . Be straight . 

       *Divert the random thinking .

    *Close your eyes .   No movement of body. *Put the hand  by the side of the  body and in the bed  .

   *loosened  your body.  

  * Relax your organs  .  Think you are relaxing  your body .

  *Think  you are floating  in the universe  . 

   *Think of God's kindness  and feel goodness .

How many types meditation are there  ?  

Meditation is a mind control  method  . If anyone ask you  ," How to control your mind " ?  Answer is meditation .   Western people are confused by the process and result  of meditation . Result and process cannot  be described as a meditation . Spirituality and spirituality is the result of meditation . Mantra chanting  is a process of meditation  and meditation to  mind control  .  Harmony and love and kindness are the result of meditation .

 Does diet influence  Meditation ?

  According to Yogi and yoga  have given   three mantras for healthy body and fitness ,. These are favourable to meditation   and given below  :  

   *Ritbhuk  Diet :  Diet and diet should be in accordance with  the season .

 *Hitbhuk  Diet  : Diet  should be  in  accordance  with health .  Healthy diet is necessary to cope with  fitness .  

   *Mitabhuk  Diet  : Diet control  is necessary . Eat less food and  make you happy. Abandoned the violent and junk foods. Vegetables and milk and fruits are desirable. 

         All Indian  Wise men are vegetarian  in regards to yoga . In ancient time  ,the Rishi showed the way of life .  Need  a balance diet to meditate .  Fruits and vegetables are more preferable to meditate . 

    Is meditation a  theory of everything  ? 

 In India , so many wise of the old told us  that  meditation  revealed the truth  of the universe  . Modern  science  is exploring  the fractional truth  like chemistry , Physics, and Biology etc .  But if you know the universe you can explain the truth as a whole . No  need  of explanation  of fractional truth . 

 Conclusion : Through meditation universal truth come to you    . Mind control  and meditation develop self consciousness  and  self esteem  and self confidence  and wisdom .  Wisdom and love and harmony  can create universal  family wave .  Meditation and self consciousness enlightened our  mind .
