Work Out Routine of Fitness 


Make it  easy and simple not a complex one taking my road map . It may be as follows :
 "Morning Exercise and Early Rise" , Early rising is necessay to make you "healthy and wealthy"  . You can do "exercise and yoga " for a while . "Pranayam and meditation " is necessary to combat the hit wave  and depression . You can walk for a while. In hot season exercise should be for a limited time . In other day you can do it easily . 
H 502: " Daily Routine and Breakfast  " , You are combating the time and overburden by the workload . So why you will be cautious to enlisted the item into the break fast menu . Avoid " oily and spicy" menu . Also delisted the  "fast food like pastry and cake and junk food " . Drink plenty of water. You can drink orange juice or milk . Grain with the milk mixture will provide energy all along the day .
H 503: " Daily Routine And Midday Lunch  , The world is facing climate change . Mostly health and fitness is affected by this. Less sleep, tiredness and disliking  syndromes  to the dinner table get found . From hit wave body never feel  good .  We drink more water and so why we  feel less hungry. To combat the heat wave we try to be more  energetic. Water is  needed  to the body in a big way. We need  two and half liters water  and  other drink as follows : 
(1)       Fruits Juice  specially  orange Juice or lemon juice with water "Salt and Sugar". Sugar and Salt not more than  half  of a steasphoonfull .
(2)        Drink Green coconut water having Sodium and Potassium . It is digestive one .
(3)        Drink grain and milk mixture  but not  a regular way.
(4)        Drink  sufficient Milk , Curd and Yogurt  .  According to Hindu lifestyle milk or milk product favorable to "spirituality and mediation " . It is energetic  and will give you strength . 
(1)       Cucumber provide water to make up the deficit  of  water of  our body . Slicing the cucumber you can eat it as a  Salad or Juice .  Do not it cucumber at night . At night it is a poison . At night few chemicals into the cucumber create negative impact  on the body
(2)       Eat Water melon, Melon , Sweet lime or   Mussami , Guava , Wax apple and other seasonal  fruits. These fruits  will keep you young and energetic . 
(3)      Mango provide not only water but also energy and calories .  Banana is also the source of energy  and calorie .
  (1)    Rice, Hand made bread or roti and Vegetables
 (2)    Vegetables: Ridge Guard, Pointed Guard, Biller guard,  Carrot, Beet root and Guard .You can enlisted other seasonal vegetables which are locally  available . Nature has given you an opportunity to combat " hit and climate change and health and physical fitness "
"Everyday habits and Salad ", Salad has a great impact on health. Those who takes Salad in comparison with the people who do not take Salad at dinner have a more powerful  brain . Cucumber , Latus , Onion , and Tomato etc can be into the Salad . Natures  given us seasonal vegetables that can used in our dinner table . Different Research papers says that it provide memory power of the brain .
" Everyday Habits and TurmericMilk "  .  Ancient  Indian medical science  described  Turmeric  as a" anti toxic"  .  As  everyday habit you can eat a little  piece of green turmeric . Little bit of turmeric pest with the  rice can make   you healthy and young . Before sleeping after dinner you will take a cup of milk and mix turmeric powder of two teaspoonfuls and drink the mixture .  Such tonic can fight against" Bacteria ,Cough and Cold "  . Everyday habits of this will make you happy . In the morning we can eat  green turmeric with Molasses .  Eating of it  can protect your brain and lever. It fight against alzheimers and age . 
"Everyday habits and Curd or Yogurt " : Curd provide calcium to the body, Swami Vibeknanda advised the people to eat curd . Hindu lifestyle promoted it as a sacred  product as like as milk. A research paper of  the school of medicine of "Boston Universities" told us to eat curd at least two days a week . Indian people now and  then eat curd. This above research  told us it reduces  stroke probability .
 " Everyday habits and Cardamom' ,  Cardamom generally used as a spices into the kitchen .  This little seeds have an anti toxic element and  it keep you young . It deliver smell into the food and makes the food tasty .  We can take a cup of hot water and mix honey and lemon juice with Cardamom . Those who suffering from lungs infection , heart diseases and whooping cough , can drink this mixture . You can eat  a seeds  of this in empty stomach . Cardamon tea can help you to resist the "heart disease and blood pressure "  . You can prepare the drink in the following way : Take tea , hot water with cardamon powder and drink . The seeds is to little to look at but more useful .  It helps to digest food and protect our heart.
" Everyday Habits and Walking " : After Dinner : Walking is good for health . But it has some rules and regulation . Morning walking is good for health. Above ten minutes walking in the morning is good for health. But at midday walking is not fit for health . But walking at night and after dinner is good for health . Take few minutes rest and go for walk after dinner . You can walk for fifteen  to twenty minutes. It would check blood pressure . Blood circulation level will get its control . Tiredness will force you to go to sleep . But diabetic patients will do it consulting with the doctors .
" Everyday habits and Onion and Garlic" , You can enlisted them in your everyday list .  According to Ayurvedas garlic is a heavenly fruits named as an "Amrita fall". It is a anti toxic . Garlic can fight against all "bacteria and parasite" . It flash out all types of  toxic element from the Body . Rural Indian people and also some percentage of urban  people used  garlic oil ( mixing mustard oil) for message to fight the toxic pain , cough and cold. It  can fight the cancer .  Onion is helpful to  make digest other food . It reduces the gas probability . But fried  onion is a poison  to any  one . Indian people used it  to reduce the temperature . Garlic will wash out  the problem  of  constipation  .
 "Everyday habits and Lemon" : Lemon is  to be enlisted into the daily routine . Calcium , Vitamin c , Potassium and  Pectin like  minerals are available in lemon . In the dinner table it make the food tasty. In the early morning you can drink lemon juice  mixing with the hot water but before break fast . It reduces weight by melting the fat . 
"Every Day habit : Banana " , Banana is a well known energetic fruit . It is available in everywhere .  If you become hungry  and food is not available to you  as an alternative you can eat two bananas . You will get two our energy to work from that . Specially the sports man eat bananas with eggs . It  produces instant energy . A special type of protein available into  that bananas  that produces wellness into the body . It help the women into the moment of menstruation increasing their  wellness . Providing Potassium , Hemoglobin  and Iron , it keep our health physically fit . Those who suffer from hangover and morning sickness can eat two bananas  with milk . The New England journal of Medicine  told us that bananas reduces  the probability of heart arrest by forty percent .  As compare to the apple it can provide 4 times protein , two times more  Carbohydrates , three times Phosphorus and five times Iron and Vitamin A . In a Hindu lifestyles  it is a sacred fruits.
 "Everyday habit  : No  Overfeeding " ,  Some people of our society like to eat more food . But the  Yogi  take  less food to keep control over the "body and mind"  . Ancient Indian wise men  ask us not to fulfill more than three fourth of the stomach . The rest should be fulfilled by water. It will  make you happy .
"Everyday habit : Rainbow Vegetables " , Nature has given us so many opportunity to use it . In different researches told us that color of the vegetables have  a different  meaning in regard to the health and fitness . Different color provides different chemical in our body. Red vegetables provide Beta carotene , Vitamin A , Anti oxidant  , sufficient Iron, Zink, Phosphorus , Magnesium  and Potassium . It is good for eye and heart . Yellow colored vegetables provide "Beta carotene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Anti oxidant , Vitamin and Minerals" . Orange color vegetables provides Beta carotene and vitamin C  . Green color vegetables can take protective  measure against disease .  It provide Vitamin , Protein and Antacid .  Blue and purple color make your skin positive one . It acted against the age  and make you young .
"Everyday habit and Meat and Fish ",  "Meat and fish " both are healthy and tasty. The both provide protein, calories and chemical to the body but most of the Indian dislike the both.  Small fishes are very positive to the health.    The war of Kuruskhetra  ended and Visma the grand father of the both parties of the war, lied on the bed of the arrows in the battle field . Pandava with Srikrishna met him and asked questions  to gather knowledge. Juthistira asked , "  Why should  the Hindu scripture banning on to eat meat ? It  is a " tasty and healthy "  food .  And also heals the tiredness " . Visma  the wisemen and hero of his time said to his grandson that the scripture  advised us not to eat meat because killing  of others animals only to increase  our own muscles is not a good one . It is injustice to the  animal kingdom . Human being cannot do this " . The great word was told  probably five thousand years ago . It is to you  whether you practice it or not
 H : "Random event and   Neam" : Two days  a week :  Neam leaf can be used as a anti toxic. It has a great use  in Rural Hindu  Lifestyle  and prescribed by the  ancient Indian medical  science.  Before bathing pest  of leaf can used to protect  the skin of the body.  Indian women used Neam  pest with turmeric to make their face beautiful. Also fried Neam leaf eatable with little bit of rice  good for health and physical fitness but not more than thrice a week . Neam is helpful to resist the sugar level .Rabindranath Tagore used to drink  Neam  leaf   drink . Pasting the leaf you can prepare the drink mixing with  water .
  H 506 :  "Random event  and Fasting " Fasting is necessary to make your health fit . Give rest to your stomach .  Two days in a month , during the time of "full and new moon" you can do this   .  Alternatively you can take little fruits in those days . In a occasion, i.e ,every years a large scale  of Indian people  go on fasting for nine days . The days is called " Nava Ratna " . Narendra Modi, the prime minister of India take only hot water in those days .  A percentage of people  take fruits as an alternative in those days .
                   (1) Do not eat  late night  . Eat before Sunset .
                   (2) Do not eat bitter thing at night .
                   (3) Do not  eat sour fruits, product  and food at night .
                  (4)  Do not eat rich food at morning and also at night .
                  (5) Do not eat Curd or  Yogurt at night .
                 (6)  Do not eat milk after eating  meat .
                 (7) Do not eat fried garlic .
                 (8) Do not eat milk after sour product . It can invite death .
                 (9) Do not eat green and non washed vegetables . Some green vegetables are allowed to eat like tomatoes and cucumber .
                (10) Go on fasting or take fruits on the day of new moon or full moon .

To minimize  the effect of heat wave  and to keep our "health and fitness"  intact , we must change  our food habits . We must eat seasonal fruits  into midday lunch or latter on:

 Now we will examine the list of  food habits that can provide wellness :

H 504: "Food habit and Exercise " , In a work place we feel  a little bit of sleep can make us more energetic and creative.  In the midday  we feel sleepy due to the tiredness . But our mindset never allow this and also the traditional environment of the work place will never allow this  but few companies of the west started this . Sleeping at midday at workplace for twenty minutes will increase your skill and it will make you free from  all depression .

H 505 : 'Dinner and Health  " : Try to to take dinner before sunset . Take some food and glass of  milk before sleeping at night . Avoid "fast and junk food " at night and also avoid alcohol . Suddenly the both will decrease your sugar level  and you will feel depressed .  Instead of sleeping you will feel weak . Sleeping is necessary at night . It would be more than five to six hour. Eating before sunset helpful to reduce your weight . Nutrition expert advised you to eat at night before 8 p.m  . This habit will help you to  digest the food . Massachusetts university of U. S. A stated us  that at night  we should eat less calories provider food . Because there is no need  of energy at night and also avoid sugar oriented food . Rural Indian lifestyle  encourage  people to go to bed and rise early . Overweighted people capable to reduce their  weight more than twenty five percent by sleeping early .

H 505 : " Everyday life and  Every day habits", Indian ancient lifestyle asked us to eat some " spices and vegetables" . And also to drink and nature based some mixture what I referring to you

H 508 : Conclusion  : " Everyday Habits: Everyday Life " ,  Everyday habits vary from country to country also varies region to region within a country , also religion to religion living into the same country . Do not run to unify the habits . Diversity is the roots of all creation. Without creativity we will be a dreamless human race .Try to be  happy and makes other cheerful . On  the old  days,  a wiseman, Rishi Yagyabulka who lived  five thousand years ago into  the earth , told us " tena tektena vunjita " . It is  a  Sanskrit word and the Rishis said to us that sacrifice, and give first to others then consume . The world is not only yours . Please allow others in their space.
