Where people of different races, religions, Cultures and nationalities live together in harmony. Let us celebrate this Deepavali with great fervour and enthusiasm. Let us bring wisdom to every home and heart".

Deepavali, the festival of lights, celebrate the Victory of good over evil, light over darkness and knowledge over ignorance. Lights are lit on this day not just to decorate homes, but also to communicate a profound truth about life. Life has many aspects to it . We must throw light on all of them, for even if one aspect is in darkness,, we cannot express life in its totality. That is why rows of light are lit on Deepavali to remind you that aspects of life need your attention and the light of knowledge.

Every lamp that you light is symbolic of a good quality. The latent values in you are like a lamp. When they are lit and awakened, that is Deepavali. Do not be satisfied with lighting one lamp; light a thousand. Awaken all the facets of your being.

In life, You are often like a firecracker, waiting to explode with your pent-up frustration and anger.   When we suppress our emotions, cravings and aversion, they come to a point of a blast. When people see his anger blasting as a firecracker, he feels a peaceful presentation of life.

Hindu and Hindu civilization always celebrates knowledge and wisdom. Light is the symbol of knowledge and wisdom. Deepavali is an occasion of removing darkness to light.
