We will enjoy the seasons being cautious. Monsoon means rainy season. During the rainy season, we suffer from digestion. Our digestive system becomes weakened.  Food habits are directly related to health. Food habits and health affect our body and mind.

 Regarding months, April to September is the rainy season. Monsoon comes in June and continues up to September.

What is the rainy season?

 The rainy season is the wet season. The season is marked by the onset and advance of the monsoon, where the winds blow from the Arabian Sea and the Bay of Bengal towards the Land. Moisture is carried by the winds.

 Work out  a routine of diet, health and other 8 Tips :

 Follow a healthy diet  Chart. Healthy eating of nutrition is also necessary. Fruits and vegetables would be on the dinner table.  Vegetables like leaves are to be avoided.  After, Akhasay Dwitiya, a Hindu ritual that asks us not to eat more leaves. In the rainy seasons, insects take shelter on the leaves due to the rain otherwise most of the insects live in soil. They lay eggs on leaves. So it may cause indigestion.

Be aware and careful about your everyday food habits. Get plant-based food on the dinner table.  In everyday life, you can take selective foods rich in A, B,  C and E - Complex, Phytochemicals, which provide a lot of protective and nutritional value to your body. Wash the fruits and vegetables   thoroughly before eating

Refrain from drinking water from different places.  Don't eat food from stalls on the roadside - like pani puri, puri chutny etc. Avoid prior cuts of fruits and uncorking foods and salad. It causes severe stomach infections and diseases. Eat in moderation as the body finds it harder to digest food during the monsoon.  Garlic, pepper, ginger, asafoetida( thing) , jeera, turmeric and coriander help to digest food.

Improve  Immunity level : 

 Develop a food habit system to increase the immunity level. Drink a bowl of vegetable soup and herbal tea to improve your immunity system. It helps to normalise the body temperature but also contains nutrients to boost our immunity level.  Drink warm beverages add mint ginger or dry ginger powder to tea. 

Provide yourself with all the nutrients required to strengthen your immunity system. A strong immune system can resist diseases. An improved immune system can protect you from rainy-day illness  Make the difference by eating healthy foods like - vegetables, fruits, herbal drinks, nuts and fish.   Cow milk is a good healthy drink. For immemorable days people have been drinking milk as a healthy food. 

 Remember to take a shower after getting wet in the rain.

Water helps your body system to flush out toxins such as germs and bacteria. A well-hydrated body keeps you fit and healthy.  Ensure you are drinking purified and clean water. Many diseases like Cholera, Jaundice, diarrhoea and Typhoid are infected by water. So you have to confirm whether drinking water is safe or not. 

Eat Multivitamin C And E: 

In the rainy season, you can eat vitamins C and E. Vitamin-rich foods would be on the dinner table. You can eat fruits and vegetables that contain Vitamin E and C.  Vitamin C can protect the body from the attack of flu and cold. Vitamin E protects the body by reducing the harsh symptoms of the body against cold and cough making it bearable and easy to treat.

 On the rainy day close the window and door to protect the wall. The wall takes time to dry.  The fungus can grow in the body of the wall.  The fungas can cause asthma in Children.  Take care of the Children. 

Avoid Stagnation  Water :

 In the rainy season, Stagnant water may be a source of disease. Mosquitoes lay eggs in stored water. Avobe all stagnated and stored water should be cleansed. Unused pots and tubs are to be cleaned. Used tubs may also be the breeding ground of Mosquitoes. In the rainy season, you should clean the house and cleaned the house carefully.

 Fungal infection can attack you whenever you cross the road. Always put on your shoes and always try to keep your feet dry. Children should go to school with proper dress. Everyone including children should wear Rain Coats, Umbrella, and Rain shoes.  Protect yourself, from getting soaked in the rain, and from being exposed to rainwater flowing in the streets which might be contaminated with various bacteria.

 Coming from outside do not enter the room without washing your hands and legs. You can use dettole and Soap. Keep your shoes in a specific place in the room.   Shoes can be kept in a neat clean place. 

 Mosquitoes :

 Use a Mosquito coil, repellent cream and net to keep the mosquitoes away. Pesticide treatment is a good solution to solve the pest and mosquitoes problem during rainy season.

Electronics  Appliances : 

In the rainy season,  Use electoral appliances with caution.  Leaked water can electrify the electric system.  Check the switchboard.  Take care of them.
