Cosmic Science in Hinduism explored by the western Scientists

✒Why does Hinduism matters to influence science and scientists?

The discovery of Yoga and meditation is not only a credential of India but the country has also explored physics and metaphysics including Chemistry. Discover ancient Indian science which is similar to modern  Physics admitted and accepted by Western scientists. Hindu civilisation is the only civilisation which never faced bloodshed due to the exploration of science and freedom of expression.  The Hindu way of life is simple to describe as a policy of acceptance and tolerance.
Western philosophers on Hindu mind

India and India, in the eyes of the West and West, means  USA and USA, French and French, England and England, Germany and Germany, Italy and Italy, Ireland and Ireland, Sweden and Sweden etc.  The great scientists, philosophers, researchers, historians and writers of the West described Ancient India as a land of wisdom and knowledge. They revealed that Hindu India never opposed science.
A great scientists faith on Hinduism

After independence, the Indian political system ignored ancient India. The political leaders with narrow vision derailed modern India from its goal. They have also disconnected us wiping out Sanskrit from our glorious past. But Rabindranath Tagore described India as a Hindu Nation and Sanskrit as a thread of unity. Western intellectuals including scientists gave importance to Hinduism.

French and French Philosophers and great contributors of learning and wisdom, Voltaire made very flattering observations on the Indian people and their civilization. To the great encyclopaedist, India was a parent's civilization ."Everything" he said came to us from the banks of the Ganges!.  Condemnation of European imperialism in India" would beat in vehemence the most vitriolic attack on colonialism".

The most striking passage this way was in his fragments on India in which he said we have devastated their land we have shown how superior we are in the wickedness and how inferior we are to them in wisdom our nations have mutually destroyed each other on that very same soil where we want to collect nothing but money but avoid the past Greeks travel for nothing but knowledge

In his philosophy of history, he wrote," It is sufficient to know that the most ancient rarities which the emperor Chami-Hi( China) China had in his palace were Indian. He displays two-hour mathematical missionaries Indian species in Coin of March earlier than any of the copper money of the Chinese emperors and it was probably from Indians that the Kings of Persia echoed the art of coining. Travel into India for instruction the science of seven planets etcetera the steel all over the Earth such as Indians invented arabians are allies to adopt they are arithmetical characters from them those games which do the greatest honour to the human faculties incontestably came from India as a game of chess evinces.

In fine, the people who were earliest known  Persian, Phoneticians, Arabians and Egyptians went from immemorial to traffic in India in order to bring home spices which nature is as given to those climates alone; but Indians never went to ask anything from other nations.

I am convinced that everything has come down to us from the banks of the  Ganga astronomy astrology metempsychosis, etc . It is very important to note that some 2500 years ago at the least Pythagoras went from Samos to the Gonga to learn geometry. But huge certainly not have undertaken such a strange journey as the reputation of the Bhrmmin science has not been long established in Europe.

The Vedas was the most precious gift for which the West had ever been indebted to the East

Ancient Indian war and war  policy in the eyes  of the West :

Now where in the world history of war can one hear the use of the words. Dharma Yodda means that by they were fought on the principle of righteousness Professor, H .H .Wilson says "The Hindu laws of war are very similar chivalrous and humane. It prohibits the slang of the unarmed old man and children of the conquer.  At the very time when the battle was going on the neighbouring cultivators might be seen quietly pursuing their work".

Megasthenes mentions a peculiar trait of Indian water in the 4th century. They never ravage enemies' land with fire not the cartoon with trees ravage the soil Chinese pilgrims to Nagaland University even sang apart that although there were enough rivalries and words in the 7th century the country at large was little injured by them.

A Brief History of India by Alien Danielou on Galilee throughs light on such highlighting features of Indian warfare. The  Bhagavad Gita has influenced great Americans from Thoreau to Oppenheimer its message of doing your duty and not worrying about the fruits of your actions is just as relevant today as it was when it was spoken more than two million years ago. What constitutes acceptable behaviour on a battlefield is mentioned in Mahabharata. Chariots with cavalry should not be attacked; chariot warriors should attack chariots: someone in distress should not be assaulted or scared; one should just not be enraged towards an enemy who is not trying to kill him 2Up- Vedas Dhanurveda and Arthasasra deal with the knowledge of warfare the war rabbits world can be a better place if only they could follow the principle of Harmony.

Albert Enstein And Albert Enstein :
Elbert Enstein on Gita

"We owe a lot to the Indians Who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made."

Did Albert Einstein Read The Bhagadgita?

Albert Einstein said: " When doubts haunt me when disappointments stare me in the face, and I see not one ray of hope on the horizon, I turn to Bhagavad Gita and find a verse to comfort me: and I immediately begin to smile in the midst of overwhelming sorrow".

How did Albert Einstein read the Upanishad?  How did he Visit India?

Regarding Bhagabat Gita, " When I read the Bhagavad and its theory of creation, everything else seemed superfluous ".

 He never visited India.

The American and American President Barack Obama And Barack Obama:

"My confidence in our shared future is grounded in my respect for India's treasured past a civilization that has been shaping the world for thousands of years. Indians unlocked the entry cases of the human body and the vastness of our universe. And it is no exaggeration to say that our information is rooted the Indian innovations including the number 0."

Arthur Schopenhauer was one of the greatest German philosophers and writers whose work later influenced great minds like Frederick Nietzsche, Richard Wagner, Ludwig Schrodinger, Albert Einstein, Sigmund  Freud, Carl Jung
Great Scientists on Hindu mind

"In the whole world, there is no study so beneficial so elevating as that of the Upanishads. It has been the solace of my life and it will be the solace of my death. They are the product of the highest wisdom. Access to the Vedas is the greatest privilege this century may claim over all previous centuries. How entirely does the punishment rate throw out the Holy Spirit of the Vedas! How is everyone, who buys a diligent study of its partial Latin become familiar with that incomparable book, stirred by that spirit to the very depth of his soul?

Werner Heisenberg co-founder of Quantum Mechanics Well-known for the uncertainty principle of quantum theory received the Nobel Prize in 1932 for the creation of quantum mechanics:

"After the conversions to Indian philosophy, some of the ideas of quantum physics that had seemed so crazy suddenly made much more sense".

Erwin Schrodinger: One of the greatest scientists of the 20th century he was awarded the Nobel Prize for his invention of wave mechanics and the Schrodinger  Equation.

"Some blood transfusion from the East to the West is mass to sea Western signs from spiritual anaemia in all the world there is no kind of framework within which we can find consciousness in the plural this is simply something we construct because of the temporal plurality of individuals but it is a false construction the only solution to this conflict in so far as any is available to us at all lies in the ancient wisdom of the Upanishad".

Julius R Oppenheimer :

"One of the world's greatest physicists is known as the father of the atomic bomb. His achievements include the Born Oppenheimer approximation electron position theory the open Philips process a fast prediction of quantum terminally.

What we shall find in modern physics is an exemplification and encouragement in the refinement of old Hindu wisdom.

Did Juxtposition's top position in Western civilization most terrifying scientific achievement with the most dazzling description of the mystical experience given to us by the Bhagavad Gita India's greatest literary monument".

John Archibald Wheeler is one of the greatest scientists and physicists in the world we have several science books coauthored with Niels Bhor the paper "The Mechanism of Nuclear Fission" he was instrumental in the development of the atomic bomb and worked at Los Angeles Lavatories on the hydrogen bomb.

When has the feeling that the think out of the east knew it all and if we could only translate their answers into our language we would have the answer to all our questions, curiously, people like Oppenheimer, Neils Bhor, Oppenheimer are opening scholars I like to think that someone will trace how the deepest thinking of India made its way to Greece and from there to the philosophy of our time".

Dr Carl Sagan famous American Astro physicist Cosmologist and  profile writer, several science books pioneered Exobiology and promoted the search for extraterrestrial intelligence:

"The Hindu religion is the only one of the world's great faiths dedicated to the idea that the Cosmos itself undergoes an immense indeed an infinite number of deaths and rebirths. It is the only religion in which the times can correspond to those of modern scientific cosmology .Its cycle runs from our ordinary day and night night to aday and night of Brahma, 8.64 billion years long longer than the age of the Earth but the sun about half the time since the big bang".

Andrews Thomas Australian year UFO pioneer author of several physics, Astronomy and Spiritual books deeply me awestruck by Indian literature waste known for his book "We Are Not The First'.

"The atomic structure of matter is mentioned in the Hindu treaties Vaisesika and  Nyaya the Juga versus the site there are vast words within the hollows of each atom multifarious as the specks in a sunbeam which we have assumed now as true.

In ancient times the day was divided into 60 kola, each equal to 24 minutes, then followed by the further 60 vikala, each equal to 24 seconds. Then followed a 60-fold subdivision of time into Para, tat para, vital para, ima and finally, Kasta or .00000003  of a second. Is this reckoning of time the folk memory from a highly technological civilization? Without sensitive instruments, the Costa would be absolutely meaningless. This fact supports the bold hypothesis that the science of nuclear physics is not new".

Fritjof Capra, eminent American Pysicist and system theorist. And founder," The Tao of Physics "

" The two foundations of 20th-century physics, Quantum theory and Relativity theory - both force us to see the world very much in the way a  Hindu Buddhist sees it. The scale of this ancient myth is indeed staggering; it has taken the human mind more than 2000 years to come up again with a similar concept."

" The word Brahman is derived from the Sanskrit root birth to grow, and thus suggests a reality which is dynamic and alive. In its its phenomenal aspect, the cosmic one is thus intrinsically dynamic , and the apprehension of its dynamic nature is basic to always school of Eastern mysticism. They all emphasize that the universe to be grasped dynamically, as it moves, vibrates and dances."

Which scientists were inspired by Gita Upanishad?

So many scientists of the West were influenced by the Gita and Upanishad. Albert Einstein, Neils Bohr, Oppenheimer, Wener Heisenberg, Arthur Schopenhauer, Erwin Schrodinger and Fritzof Capra etc were influenced by the Gita- Upanishad. For example, Neils Bhor:
" I go into Upanishads to ask Questions"

Paul Deussen: "Whatever may be the discoveries of the scientific mind none can dispute the eternal truths propounded by the Upanishad. On the tree of wisdom, there is no fairer flower than the Upanishad no finer fruit than the Vedanta philosophy".

How did Hinduism oppose science?
Great faiths on Upanishad

 Hinduism and Hinduism never opposed science but Western scientists felt comfort under the umbrella of Hinduism. Many Western scientists pleaded for Hinduism.  For example ;

Werner Heisenberg, he said that some of the crazy concepts of Quantum Physics had become more sensible to him by the conversations about Indian philosophy.  Neil Bhor, Einstein Oppenheimer, Arther Schopenhauer, Erwin Schrodinger and Capra have had the same views.

Romanian Roland, Great French writer dramatist critic historian Nobel Laureate:

"Religious faith in the case of Hinduism has never been allowed to run counter to scientific laws and is never made a condition for the knowledge they teach, but there are always scrupulously careful to take into consideration the possibility that by reason both diagnostic and atheists maintain truth in their own way."

Aldous Huxley, Elders ugly noted English novelist critic and philosopher whose work inspired great scholars like Michel will be back George Orwell Huston Smith:

"The Bhagavad Gita is the most systematic statement of spiritual evolution of enduring value to mankind. The Gita is one of the clearest and most comprehensive summaries of the spiritual thoughts they were to have been made.

The Perennial Philosophy is expressed most succinctly in the Sanskrit formula that 'Tat tvam asi ' (That art you); the Atman and immanent self is one with Bhraman, the absolute principle of all existence and the last end of every human being   ,is to discover the fact for himself to find out who he really is".

Arnold Joseph Toynbee eminent British economic historian and writer. His extensive research was published in Twelve  Volumes.

"Add this supremely dangerous moment in human history the only way of salvation is the ancient Hindu way. Here we have the attitude and spirit that can make it possible for the human race to grow together into a single family. So now we turn to India our spiritual gift that makes a man human steal alive in Indian souls. Go on giving the world Indian examples of it nothing else can do so much to help mankind to save itself from self-destruction. today western scientific progress has physically united the world. It has not only got rid of the space factor it has also equipped the various countries of the world with deadly arms. But they have not yet learned the art of knowing and loving another. If you want to save humanity at this most critical juncture the only option is the Indian approach".

Bernard Shaw, the winner of the Novel Prize and Novel Prize, a leading figure of the 20th Century:

"The Indian way of life provides the vision of the natural real way of life. We westerners veil ourselves with unnatural masks on the face of India or the tender expression which carries the mark of the Creator's hand.  The apparent multiplication of gods is bewildering at first glance but you soon discover that they are the same God there is always one uttermost god who defies personification this makes Hinduism the most tolerant religion in the world because it is one transcendent God that includes all possible gods. In fact, Hinduism is so elastic and so subtle that the most profound methodist and crudest idolater are equally at home with it."

T.S . Eliots Noble Prize in the Year 1948: "Indian philosopher's subtleties make most of the great European philosophers look like schoolboys".

August w. von Schlegel: "Even the loftiest philosophy of the Europeans appears like a feeble spark before the Vedanta".

Queen Frederica wife of King Paul of Greece and research scholar of advanced physics: View Indians are fortunate to inherit such knowledge I envy you.

"While Greece is the country of my birth, India is the country of my soul. It was my advanced research in physics that started me on a spiritual quest with culminated in my accepting the non-dualism or absolute monism of Shankara as my philosophy of life and science."

Somerset Maghum described Hinduism in the following way," Hinduism is a religion not only a religion it's a philosophy not only a philosophy that is the daily way of life."

Frederick Hegel:

"India is the land of dreams. India has always dreamt more of the bliss that is man's final goal. And this has helped India to be more creative in history than any other nation. Hence the effervescence of myths and legends religion, and philosophies music and dances and different styles of architecture".

HG Wells Evalent prolific English novelist journalist sociologist philosopher best known for his science fiction stories.

"The history of India for many centuries has been happier, less fierce and more dreamlike than any other history. In these favourable conditions, they built a character meditative peaceful and nation of philosophers such could nowhere have existed except in India."

"In Hinduism, tolerance is not simply a matter of policy but an article of faith."

Dick Teresi:

"24th century before Isaac Newton, and the ancient Indian Scripture asserted that gravitation held the universe together the Indians developed the use of zero and negative numbers perhaps 1000 years before these concepts were accepted in  Europe".

 Why does it Matter?

Time was not the same,  space wasn't the same, the political system was not the same, and the religious culture of the two places was not the same but the common thing was religious blindness which killed two great men. Galilee was killed for revealing the truth on behalf of science.  Jesus was killed for freedom of expression. 26 ancient universities and innumerable temples were destroyed in India and thirty crore people were killed during the Arab invasion against  India in the name of Islam. But Hindus never went to another country to invade and for looting. In ancient India Hindus never went to the country in the quest for knowledge.

Hindus are tolerant and democratic in nature. Relevant, reasonable and actionable suggestions are acceptable in Hindu Society.  The active lifestyle of Hinduism will give you an edge to know science and God without conflicting with each other.  Hinduism generates unique suggestions for the daily way of life to make it difference.
