H1: " Corona Virus and  Health  And  Fitness"  , It is not the story of making money and Entertainment but a  story  of a lifestyle Corona virus seized the fitness and  lifestyles  of the world .People had loosened their lives. Every country faced the same problem ,i.e, in term of medical facilities. Every country faced the lack medical facilities .India faced the same problem.  "Health and Fitness" became stand still . Indian people followed  "Yoga and fitness".

H2: "Lifestylesand Wellness and Happy" , An Indian old man suffered the attack of Chinese Virus. "Health and Yoga" what he followed  made him mentally  strong. It was not the story of a Mystic life but a story of self confidence  and fitness.  He was a man of eighty five years old but lifestyles make him a vibrant man.

 H3 : " Physical  Fitness And Lifestyles " ,  Being a social worker his lifestyles made him popular  among  the surrunding  people .  His social connection and  relative  was helpful to get  him admitted into the hospital because there is no space for the people into the hospital. His "health&  fitness " make him mentally wellbeing person. He used to follow an "   happy  and great way of Lifestyles ". 

H4: "Self confidence And Happiness", The Man, Narayan Davarkar  was in a "happy mood " .  "Money and  body" fitness   was helping him to cope with the " Corona ". He was under the hospital supervision. At the age of Eighty Five he was fighting the Corona. Seeing him admitted into the hospital his relative got relief. He followed an incredible Lifestye

H5: "Lifestyles And Scarcity Of Oxygen " , India was facing Oxygen scarcity in that time. The hospitals was facing the same problem. Hospital management were in trouble with patients. No bed for the new patients. Scarcity of bed changed the lifestyles.

H6: "Lifestyles and self reliance ", A  woman  of middle age came into his room as a Corona Virus Patient. No Oxygen supported  bed was there . Davarkar was in an Oxygen supported bed.  The  lady had two sons. She was helpless. Her relative were in tension without getting Oxygen supported bed.

H7: "Lifestyles and Great Offer", Seeing this Davarkar requested the Doctors to transfer the lady into his bed also said to the doctors "I have enjoyed the   life.  But the ill fated lady had two children. She had to live for  them. I have ended my  incredible journey of  lifestyles. Whether I live or not its not a matter" Doctors agreed to his proposal and transfer him to a non Oxygen supported bed

   H8: "Lifestyles And Physical Fitness"  cannot save him, Doctors couldn't save him. Due to the lack of oxygen Davarkar embraced a great death. This death glorified him sounding a great reaction to the society. He also said "I am a RSS Man we live for others". We tried to avoid death  but some death inspired us to live with happiness and greatness .It was an inspiring  story of self confidence and great lifestyles.
