H1:" Lifestyles and Self control " an self consciousness make Live Free LivSwmi Vibekananda tol us  we are run towards zero.  It means time is making us older. It is natural.  At the end of life we should be in delete mode. Somebody is deleting us .  From this view point we cannot be physically strong man after  a specific period. Our life has a limited span.  If you think about the result of your performance you would have to pass a process of anxiety. You have the right to do work but you cannot determine the result and so why your expectation should be  on a limit.  Unlimited  expectation may seize your peace. Sometimes result effected by the unexpected volatility.   In Bhagavad-Gita  Lord Krishna  told us the same thing .Be young and be free is a mindset that  makes our lifestyle. Do not through yourself into a volatile river to gain more.

H2: "Lifestylesand Emotional health " Make Us Live Free, Life is  a binding to   our surrounding . We are obliged to the society, family  and friends also we can also  be obliged in other way but these obligations can seize our peace. Hindu Rishis called these obligation as a Maya. These Maya arrest your all freeness. Without  freeness we cannot be a  man of joy. As an ordinary man we have to adjust  with all odds to become godly man.

H3:Lifestyles : Delete Ambitions To Embrace  Freeness, Free mind set can make you strong. You would be Godly .Welcome the desire in your life not the Ambitions. Ambitions can click the mouse of uncertainty. Your peace should go out . Your mind should  be restless.  Discomforts will destroy your inspiration and hope. You would be more older.

😢 H4:Lifestyles:  "Yoga and Emotional Health " , Mind The Root, Mind is  the root of all that makes you young and free. Now the question is how we can achieve this. Mind is not a static and stable one. In Bhagavad-Gita Lord Krishna told us how we can make our mind static through practice. Mediation can make Emotional health strong. No need to go to gym or gym centre

H5: "Lifestyles and Mediation ", Mediation is the main weapon to control our mindset. Our way of life can seize our freedom. In search of comfort, we can lose our freeness.  A child is always free from tension. He is amicable to all. He forgets the bitter past and gives attention to the present. Other than human being never makes savings.  Hindu Rishis sacrifice all in search of god and they never encourage savings when they are in their way. But todays economic system depends on savings and consumption . It is  to us how we manage this.Live young Live Free

H6: Lifestyles: Love others To Make Free , You are a human being as you are thinking for others . It makes you different from other animals. Love for others can make you happy.  Clicking the mouse of your heart you can become  younger with a stable mind that support   you to make free.
