 How do we define lifestyle and wellness?  10 tips for happiness

 Lifestyle and wellness can be defined as a practice of how to feel good.  In the Indian context, it is a mind-control practice. Mind is movable and always riding the ladder of desire one after another.  Desire is unlimited and satisfying so desire we are wasting our time. But in other, we are not satisfied with the outcome, again we are not delimiting our desire. Desire can violate our minds. It is the source of all disturbance. We felt uncomfortable and took an adventure to satisfy our desire. 

Self-conscious ad self-esteemed men follow the path of Wiseman.  A free mind is the source of all enjoyment. How will you manage your lifestyle is to you? Nobody can provide you the wellness. You must follow a lifestyle that can provide you with a daily way of life. I am not asking to go to the Himalayas sacrificing all desire.  Mind control is the source of all happiness. Happy and Happiness can make your performance better. 

  How can You control your mind in our ordinary way of life?  Better to understand your daily life. Analyse them to get rid of the volatility of the mind. Practice this in your life.  How do you feel self-conscious and an esteemed man in ordinary life? It is an ordinary practice and easy to understand. Understanding life is a great Job.  These are a unique suggestion of life that I will give you.

 Do work:     Busy yourself with work. When you have no work read a good book.  The book will provide you peace. Without work your mind will be volatile. Gardening and kitchen gardening will provide you wellness.  Enjoy gardening and Book reading is the best way to engage your mind. When you are engaging your mind is engaging. Engagement of your mind is the most effective way to control your mind.

Control Anger: Anger is the great enemy of life. Try to understand Others.  Do not expect perfection from others. Perfection is only to God. Swami Vivekananda advised his Guru brothers not to expect perfection from others.  Abraham Lincoln the great State president of  America, has taken only forty per cent correct decisions in his life. Now think how we are? Control anger!

 Do not compare yourself to others: Comparison with others is a cause of disturbance. Everyone is not the same as you in regards to capacity, efficiency, performance and thought process.  Comparison with others is a bad habit of life.  Abandoned It!

 Increase Family connectivity:  Famly is the source of joy. it is a pure way to get Oxizen of life. Respect women! In The Family  Thousand and Thousands years ago Manu a great teacher of Hinduism said that  God never lived where women were not respected. Respect them and their children's feelings! Family is the source of all inspiration and aspiration.  Family connectivity and family can make you energetic.  Understand and respect their feelings. 

 Love and affection: You cannot purchase happiness. Happyness and happiness can be connected with family and family connectivity. It has another aspect that can be treated as social connectivity. Alocohelhic meeting is not social connectivity.  Help the deprived and give help to the helpless  You will be a happy man helping others.  Meet people and social places to help the people. Connect with others people!

 Do not think more of wealth: Wealth is a great thing. You have to earn. Only wealth cannot make you happy. Sometimes it destroys the happiness of people  But it is valuable and makes your life comfortable. Do not cry for power, status and to be influential. It will come the usual way. It inspired you to be ambitious. As a result, your mind should be restless and seize your happiness.


Lifestyles; Lough from an inner heart:  We have forgotten how to laugh? We pass our time in tension stress and tiredness. Sometimes we laugh it is artificial. In modern times you cannot laugh in high voice.  It is not a gentle man's approach but you are losing happiness by abandoning it.

Do not talkative  : Donot talk more . More talk means more useless words.  Be conscious! Talk only that can inspire others. Swami Vivekananda and Swami Pranabanada asked us to restrain ourselves from talking more.

 The following  discussion concerning the body and mind ;

  Take a little food:   Little food can make our body healthy. It would be healthy food. Healthy foods are natural and easy to digest. Grain, Vegetables, Meat and Fish would be on the table as your pocket permits. More Vegetables and milk in a more way otherwise mind-body would be restless  Take little of them!

 Sleep as usual:  Sleeping a minimum of Six hours is necessary. it keeps us healthy. Sleeping is a tool to fight tension and stress. Stress and tension and tiredness keep us restless. Sleeping and Sleeping can make us energetic and influential. Get

adequate rest duty to build up a stress-free life.

 Do not use a car: You can use a car when they are needed. It is to be abandoned in auxiliary time. Walking is the best exercise in life .. Mind control and happiness depend on good health. Healthy and Healthy is a weapon to fight mind control. Harvard University advocated walking more rather than going to Gyme.  It connects you with the society. On the way, we meet the people. Social connectivity and social connectivity will increase.

 Drink water: Drinking sufficient water  Keeps your mood easy it keeps you healthy and happy. every day you three or four-litre water.

 Do not drink alcohol: In India, it was strictly banned. But it has been increased. Alcohol destroys our thought process, And the next day of drinking we become tired and stressed. Mind also becomes restless and volatile. it is an antidote against mind control.

 Loneliness: loneliness is the curse of modern times. Social connectivity becomes loosened. We have disconnected ourselves from the family now what can I do? I can connect with the family again not expanding time to the seashore.  Talk to your friend. Meet the socially connected people and help them in their work.

 Do not cry for the odd events to happen: Anything can happen in your life. Keep patient! Try to understand your presence. What role you have played there? Was it reasonable and logical? Do not blame others !! It is the easiest way to escape from responsibility. Analyse and try to understand the events, you should be restless.

 How do yoga and meditation keep you in wellness?

 Lifestyle and well-being depend on health and mind control. It is a science of yoga and meditation that can make you happy Exercise is a primary way of life to maintain your health and fitness but how would address the mind? Yoga and meditation will fill the gap. Mind control in a straight way is linked with yoga and meditation. Mind control is the very base of wellness.  Practice meditation for a while you will get relief from stress tension and tiredness.

 Our biological clock is always saying its demand but ignoring the demand of the biological clock we have entered into the digital life. The biological clock is a natural application which synchronises our body with nature. Without synchronization of this how can I go to the door of wellness and happiness?
